In fact, we are so passionate about the implications of trained Mental Health First Aiders
in organisations that we supported the brilliant Where’s Your Head At campaign by going to Parliament to celebrate the petition being presented to the Prime Minister.
This petition intends to make it a legal obligation to have trained Mental Health First Aiders in all organisations, universities and colleges.

’Starting the Conversation On…Mental Health in the Workplace and Building Resilience in Teams’
We brought in four of our fantastic coaches to cover the very real topics that lie at the heart of workplace mental health. Discussions around fuelling yourself with smart nutrition, building open-minded cultures that create safe spaces to discuss anxiety and depression, team resilience for handling change and understanding your inner Chimp to better know yourself created a buzz around the 100 strong crowd at The Century Club. It was clear from the audience response that talking about mental health is crucial for organisations, and this conversation was only the beginning of a huge push in implementing strategies to manage employee mental wellbeing.
