ALL organisations, including YOUR organisation - have just been through the world’s greatest trauma and then transformation programme we’ve ever known in our lifetimes.
We’ve onboarded and got used to a whole lot of new tech, ways of working and processes, but our people - the hearts and minds in our organisation - have been left behind.
I get it, working with hearts and minds can feel like a huge responsibility. But we can’t bury our heads in the sand anymore. The stats are out and the writing is on the wall: anxiety is up, engagement is down, and employees are de-prioritising work.
What’s clear is that what (sort of) succeeded in the past is no longer a guide for the future, we need to take action. This means supporting and strengthening the mental health, wellbeing, development and management behaviours of your people at every level with updated behaviours and mindsets for this new world of work.
Consider this my rally cry: This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help businesses define a better way of working.
Let’s build this together. Let’s Make Work Better.
