Thankfully leadership is a set of skills that can be taught, albeit to become truly effective leaders takes practise. Therefore if we want to develop more effective leaders, and do that sustainably and more importantly, consistently, we need a comprehensive approach. PUSH knows that becoming a great leader

The PUSH Leadership training incorporates both skills development for existing leaders, and support for those transitioning into leadership roles. We work with you to develop a clear vision and plan that will help attendees shift from being a top individual contributor to a leader of people. As a leader, your success is dependent on the success of the people you’re leading – as well as your own.
We will develop the leaders with psychological insight and skill to get the best out of themselves, their people and their business. The PUSH Leadership Audit
An exploratory piece of work to do a deep dive into the leadership and management team.
Using a blend of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, along with 360 feedback from line managers, peers and a selection of those managed in the team, will provide rich data and the foundation of our work together.. We will identify what’s working and what opportunities there are for improvement – a real opportunity to see and work on blind spots.
