After 16 long years, entrenched in the world of media, Cate decided to kick off her Louboutins for a pair of (much more comfy) Nike Airs and turn her back on the world of content production, impressions and AB deadlines and instead dedicate herself to headspace, clean eating and the occasional squat thrust.
She created PUSH because she knew it was exactly the thing which she needed to help improved her busy, chaotic world but there was nothing like it out there and she wants to share it with every other busy, stressed-out person out there. Cate has transferred all the skills that she ever learnt in media to delivering PUSH: Creativity, leadership, problem-solving, organisation and project management to name but a few. However, most of all she believes in the power of communication, authenticity and that being kind goes a very long way.
Ruth's background is in business and finance having spent 18 years in Investment Banking as an equity trader. She successfully managed traders and coached individuals within this environment. After a successful and demanding trading career she decided to leave the City in 2012 to focus on executive coaching, as it was clear to her that her passion lay with people and not numbers!
We all have those Mondays where we can't face the office and dream of a different life or career. However, Ruth knew over time that actually the City was not where her heart lay any longer and realized that it was time for change. Most importantly, she actually decided to do something about it.
It's this strength, wisdom and clarity that Ruth imparts in her coaching, having trained at Henley Business School (European top 20 business school for Executive Education), gaining a post graduate Certificate in Coaching and Behavioural Change. Ruth will help you realise what you actually want to do with either (or both) your personal and professional lives and help you set realistic goals to achieve when you leave.
Ruth takes a keen and active interest in sports and nutrition and has completed several half and one full marathon.

Following a 7-year career in media, culminating in Head of Agency Sales for Virgin Media, Jo decided to retrain in Coaching. Jo was invited to join Pressure Point Coaching where she then worked in-house with the UK’s largest media agency, Mediacom, to improve the performance of their entire team from middle-management to C-Suite.
Having excelled in the position for two years, it was during this time that Jo was asked to write a training programme for a little-known music service, Spotify.
What started as a one-off training program for the UK escalated into a global programme, due to the impact and success of her work. Jo was quickly promoted to the Global Head of Sales Enablement and was responsible for the curriculum and delivery of training programs within the global sales and marketing function for the whole of Spotify.
Since then, Jo has helped launched ‘Znaptag’, the UK’s leading in-image advertising specialists and now consults for The Lighthouse Company as a Relationship Director, to fuel their headhunting and coach both their clients and talent.
