After 16 long years, entrenched in the world of media, Cate decided to kick off her Louboutins for a pair of (much more comfy) Nike Airs and turn her back on the world of content production, impressions and AB deadlines and instead dedicate herself to headspace, clean eating and the occasional squat thrust.
She created PUSH because she knew it was exactly the thing which she needed to help improved her busy, chaotic world but there was nothing like it out there and she wants to share it with every other busy, stressed-out person out there. Cate has transferred all the skills that she ever learnt in media to delivering PUSH: Creativity, leadership, problem-solving, organisation and project management to name but a few. However, most of all she believes in the power of communication, authenticity and that being kind goes a very long way.

Following a 7-year career in media, culminating in Head of Agency Sales for Virgin Media, Jo decided to retrain in Coaching. Jo was invited to join Pressure Point Coaching where she then worked in-house with the UK’s largest media agency, Mediacom, to improve the performance of their entire team from middle-management to C-Suite.
Having excelled in the position for two years, it was during this time that Jo was asked to write a training programme for a little-known music service, Spotify.
What started as a one-off training program for the UK escalated into a global programme, due to the impact and success of her work. Jo was quickly promoted to the Global Head of Sales Enablement and was responsible for the curriculum and delivery of training programs within the global sales and marketing function for the whole of Spotify.
Since then, Jo has helped launched ‘Znaptag’, the UK’s leading in-image advertising specialists and now consults for The Lighthouse Company as a Relationship Director, to fuel their headhunting and coach both their clients and talent.

Nic has a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London and is also a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy). So, put simply, she really knows her stuff.
Nic's interest in health started back in 1997 whilst busy forging a career in media – and has not stopped since. This is one of the best things about Nic: whilst she heartily believes in the power of good nutrition (and will help you realise its power in your own life), she also completely understands just what we all come up against everyday in our busy lives – because hers is exactly the same.
Nic believes in balance. She will help you resolve any specific dietary issues that you have but will also help you create a bespoke plan which will consider your specific needs and lifestyle and get just what you need out of your diet to fuel your daily life and help you feel consistently great. Nic writes regularly for Women's Fitness magazine, and has contributed to two of its bookazines, as well as writing for other publications and sites. Like we said, she really knows her stuff.
