Cate and the Team deliver a set of brilliant, innovative and highly engaging keynotes, which perfectly bring to life the PUSH principles whilst educating their audience in the PUSH disciplines.

We promise that the talks will uplift and inspire your audience as well as truly help empower them to change how they live and work.

Here is an example of one of our favourite and most loved talks:

It’s All About the Attitude!

Stress and stress-related illnesses are hugely on the increase. We take a brief look at why and the physical impact that stress has on the body. However, at PUSH, we believe that talking about stress just breeds more, well, stress. So, we like to focus on building your happiness and empowering you to live better instead. After all, your attitude is the one thing that you will always have control over.

Put simply, to a lesser or greater degree, the same stuff will happen to everyone in their life-times. It’s how you view your world and, subsequently, how you deal with it, which will make the difference.

Our uplifting, engaging and energising talk will take you through you some incredibly easy tools to shift you into a positive mind-set and help build your resilience. They will leave you inspired, buzzing with positivity and with a smile on your face as you make your future work for you!

Do get in touch with any potential speaking opportunities – the Team would be hugely excited to either deliver one of their powerful sessions for you or create entirely bespoke content for your audience.

Some lovely things our audiences have said:

“Thanks for such an uplifting talk this morning. Some of the things you said really stuck with me, especially about happiness coming and going – I always feel guilty if I’m feeling down and I think looking at it in this way will really help me be a little less hard on myself, so thank you! It’s nice to be reminded of the little (yet so big) things.”

“Thank you for taking the time to talk to us today. I found your section really inspirational and took a lot away from the session.”

“My colleague and I both attended yesterday’s breakfast – we thought you were fab. I personally battle with stress and made many a note during your presentation yesterday which have already come in handy. So thank you.”

“Thank you for your presentation at Shoreditch House yesterday- very inspirational! It really gave me the kick up the backside I needed.”

“Vizeum is a fast growing global communications network, attracting new clients through our innovative approach to media.  Looking after our people is essential so that they can work creatively and with agility.  Cate ran a session for us to help our new business community manage the intense pressures of a pitch and look after themselves and their teams.  We also ran a seminar in Cannes with PUSH to support Creativity through Wellbeing. Both sessions were excellent and the feedback was very positive.  Cate understands where we’re coming from and the challenges that agencies face.  Her approach is both inspirational and practical.”
Jo Rigby, Head of New Business and Marketing, Vizeum

“Cate and the team are an absolute force of nature. Never before have I seen such energy, enthusiasm and sheer hard work. You can absolutely see that they love what they do and it totally shines through in everything that they offer. I asked Cate to come and speak at a trends session I organised for Time Inc. UK on health and she was the star of the show. She has such a refreshing outlook and lives her passion with such credibility that you cannot help but buy into her vision. She avoids preaching, and presents a realistic view of wellness which you really believe.
I would not hesitate to work with Cate and her team again and am hoping to do so in the near future. I would recommend Push Mind and Body to anyone who has even a modicum of interest in the world of wellness – get in there quick as there is only so much of Cate to go around!”
Lisa Batty, Head of Marketing, Time Inc
